Résumé

La défaillance des fonctions immunitaires peut concerner de façon prédominante l’immunité cellulaire (lymphocytes T) ou l’immunité humorale (immunoglobulines sécrétées par les plasmocytes dérivés des lymphocytes B). Les déficits de l’immunité cellulaire s’apprécient par numération cellulaire directe ou après immunofluorescence, et par des tests fonctionnels sur cultures de tissu. Dans les déficits portant sur l’immunité humorale, le diagnostic est fait par électrophorèse et immuno-électrophorèse.
