Abstract

In consideration of that enhancing the public’s user experience satisfaction is the important way for e-government to function, current studies on the public’s user experience satisfaction of Chinese mainland’s e-government are reviewed to explore further the path suggestion and recommendations for promoting the public’s user experience satisfaction of e-government in Chinese mainland. Based on literature research method, the definition of the public’s user experience satisfaction of e-government is analyzed and model establishment, analysis methods and basic conclusions in current studies are summarized. Proposals for enhancing the public’s user experience satisfaction of e-government in Chinese mainland are put forth from three aspects such as service, design and technology, and prospect to promoting the field research is made through three points of view including research perspective, research content and research method.
