Sowohl das körperliche als auch das psychische Wohlbefinden können durch Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten empfindlich gestört werden. In diesem Beitrag sollen exemplarisch spezifische Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten wie Laktoseintoleranz und Fruktosemalabsorption, sowie unspezifische Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten wie Reizdarmsyndrom und Morbus Crohn besprochen werden.
