Abstract
In the late sixties and early seventies of the twentieth century, when we studied our degree, researching in Mathematics at the University of Granada was an infrequent task, bad incentivized and even “evil eye”. In fact PhD Doctoral Thesis was in many cases and for some time the only research that a teacher presented in his/her Curriculum. However, at the mid seventies things were changing and it began to be revealed that the research was an essential element of the academic work.
