Abstract

In order to verify the rationality of the design of low speed high torque hydraulic motor structure, on the one hand, motion simulation for the motor, the change of radial velocity, acceleration and displacement of roller and the law of impulse force with time were researched under different rotational speed. On the other hand, the static simulation of the motor was completed by FEA (finite element analysis) software. And the overall and local equivalent stress, deformation and the contact stress between the stator and rotor position were obtained. Meanwhile, the maximum contact stress of roller contact with inner surface of the stator was calculated by using Hertz theory. By analyzing the two aspects simulation results and the theoretical calculation results, the validity of the analysis solution and the rationality of the structure design of the motor were verified.
