Abstract

China has stepped into the forefront of the world shipping team, which makes the construction of port logistics informationization is imminent. However, there still exist certain defects of comprehensive competition ability in port logistics informationization. In order to make the construction direction more explicit and enhance the comprehensive competition ability, the performance appraisal is obtained as the main topic. Then the evaluation is launched from the development and construction. Through constructing the performance appraisal index system, the input and output variables are defined. Moreover, the DEA efficiency model is introduced to evaluate the performance appraisal based on the 17 A-share listed ports. Furthermore, the efficiency value is calculated and the corresponding references are provided.
