Abstract

For various purposes from simple water monitoring in maintenance, regulation, control and optimization to behavior models in biometrics, biomonitoring, biophysics and bioinformatics, it is necessary to observe wide field of variables. The precision and accuracy are one of the most important attributes as well as price and operational burden. Online water monitoring is becoming more trendy due to its time saving method and automatic alert included. From that point of view, old manual methods are replaced by these autonomous data obtaining systems, which can simplify the process with data crucial data measurement. Aquaponic systems represents a complex system for many biophysical experiments. In this article, the comparison of basic monitoring solutions is introduced and discussed.
