Gerontopsychiatrie und Alterspsychotherapie in Deutschland

Zusammenfassung

Die vorliegende Expertise für den 3. Altenbericht der Bundesregierung orientiert sich an den Regeln eines wissenschaftlichen Gutachtens. Sie ist — soweit dies in einem so jungen Fachgebiet wie der Gerontopsychosomatik und Alterspsychotherapie überhaupt möglich ist — darüber hinaus bei der Bewertung vorliegender Studienergebnisse den Kriterien einer Evidence-based Medicine (EBM) verpflichtet. Insoweit ist neben der Verpflichtung zur Übersicht die Notwendigkeit zur begründeten Auswahl und kritischen Wertung immanent.
