Deutschland ist ein Zuwanderungsland. MigrantInnen sind Teil der Gesellschaft. Der AusländerInnenanteil – jener Anteil von Menschen, die in Deutschland leben, aber nicht die deutsche Staatsbürgerschaft besitzen – liegt aktuell bei etwa 8 %.
