Zusammenfassung

Zum Interview: Das nachfolgende Interview wurde zwischen Dezember 2010 und Februar 2011 in Form eines E-Mail-Austausches geführt. Anlass dafür war die im Sommer 2011 anstehende deutschsprachige Veröffentlichung des 2005 erschienenen Buches „Situational Analysis“ von Adele E. Clarke [deutscher Titel: „Situationsanalyse“I. Aufmerksam auf die „Situational Analysis“ wurde ich durch eine – wie sollte es heute anders sein – Recherche im Internet. Die eingegebenen Suchbegriffe waren „Symbolischer Interaktionismus“ und „Foucault“ denn, wie Stuart Hall schrieb: „Heutige Kommentare betonen nicht nur die Brüche und Paradigmenwechsel, sondern auch die Ähnlichkeiten und Kontinuitäten zwischen älteren und neueren Traditionen: beispielsweise zwischen Webers klassischer interpretativer, Soziologie der Bedeutung’ und Foucaults Betonung des. ‚Diskursiven’.“ (Hall 2002 [1997], S.111)
