Abstract

In ancient China, preliterate societies whose past is hard to study showed excellent management through Luo Writing and He Map(River Map),which have millennia history. It is intriguing that the recovered optimal management is based on Pi, the value of Pi was approximated by 3 in He Map. If we choose Pi=22/7 or Pi=335/113, another reasonable management model appears.
