Die Dermatomyositis ist eine systemische entzündliche Bindegewebserkrankung unklarer Ätiologie, deren Hauptmanifestationen eine Entzündung der Muskulatur und charakteristische Hauterscheinungen sind. Die Pathogenese kann wahrscheinlich auf eine Vaskulopathie zurückgeführt werden.
