Abstract
There are several recent reviews on the biology of teratomas (Damjanov and Solter 1974; Martin 1975; Sherman and Solter 1975; Stevens 1975; Graham 1977; Jacob 1977, 1978; Mintz 1978). Most have emphasized in vitro studies of transplantable teratocarcinomas. Here the emphasis will be on studies of spontaneous and experimentally induced teratomas in mice.
