Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden Krankheitsbilder, die das Knochenmark insgesamt und zumeist mehrere oder alle der hämatopoetischen Zellreihen betreffen, besprochen. Im Einzelnen werden die aplastische Anämie als eine der vielfältigen Ursachen der Panzytopenie, die unterschiedlichen Infektionen mit Auswirkungen auf die Blutbildung, das hämophagozytische Syndrom, die Speichererkrankungen und ätiologisch diverse Stromaveränderungen beschrieben. Zu den histopathologisch relevanten Stromaveränderungen gehören die gelatinöse Atrophie, die Fibrose und Knochenveränderungen sowie im weiteren Sinne mit Beteiligung des zellulären Anteils, die Nekrose, welche zumeist in der histologischen nicht aber der Ausstrich-Darstellung manifest werden und differentialdiagnostisch zugeordnet werden müssen.
