Zusammenfassung

Die Ursache systemisch entzündlich rheumatischer Erkrankungen ist für die meisten Krankheitsentitäten nicht geklärt. Bei genetisch Disponierten kommen physikalische, chemische, infektiöse oder andere äußere Ereignisse als auslösende oder verschlimmernde, den Krankheitsverlauf modulierende Faktoren in Frage. Autoimmunologische Prozesse und systemische Entzündung prägen das klinische Bild.
