Abstract
With analyzing the technology merits and specials of the auditing system for network secure and the mobile agent, the works designs and builds the model of a new distributed and secure auditing system with the intelligent (DSAS) based on the multi-mobile agents(MA) by taking advantage of the mobile, the intelligent, and the parallel as well as the mutual,. It can largely promote the intelligent, the automatic and improve the whole performance of the auditing.
