Abstract
The article introduces some kinds of contact less switch. It includes voltage regulator, silicon controlled rectifier, photocoupler, MOSFET and IGBT. Different structures have different switch characters The theory and character of each kind are analysed, parameters of representativechip are compared According to this, engineer can choose the right switch
