Abstract
Teacher-student joint scientific research team is one of effective way of cultivating high quality talents, and also a new approach and a new method to improve undergraduates‘ research ability. Research status of undergraduate, the meaning and implementation models of constructing teacher-student scientific team were analyzed and discussed in this paper. By several years of practice, the teaching reform has brought noticeable achievements, not only improved their research capacity, but also trained the students to analyze and solve problems, as laid the foundation for employment.
