Abstract
The widespread adoption of information and communication technologies (ICT) has enabled the realization of technologically advanced tools for learning which dramatically and rapidly transforming the education at different levels in the world especially to a degree scarcely imaginable only one generation ago. The 21st century will witness the widely changes occurred by the adoption of ICTs in education. This paper seeks to explore the likely changes brought about by ICT in higher education environment.
