Abstract

In the decision-making process of the design scheme for the mechanical motion system, there are many ways to solve contradictory and incompatible problems, such as fuzzy theory, grey theory, artificial neural networks, genetic algorithms, extension theory etc. These artificial intelligence algorithms play different roles in solving the fuzzy, gray, incompatibility and other issues. However, extension theory has a unique advantage to solve the fault tolerance problems. This paper constructs the extension evaluation model for the design scheme of the mechanical motion system, analyzing the matter-element model for the extension evaluation method and establishing the correlation function. Through the evaluation example, it introduces the model application method. This evaluation method is simple and practical.
