Abstract
A 53-year-old male patient was referred for a 68Ga-DOTA NOC PET/CT scan (Fig. 136.1) for suspected Zollinger Ellison syndrome. The scan was negative, but increased uptake in the left sacroiliac joint, lumbar spine, ribs and skull was detected. These areas were subsequently proven to be related to multiple myeloma.
