Abstract
Satellite navigation system work in a uniform time by using time synchronization processing which need to calculate the combination time delay that is directly related to the performance of the system time synchronization. This paper introduces the test method of the equipment combination time delay and the test results of using different time interval counter, gate signal and setting trigger level under the actual non-congenetic condition and congenetic condition. The result illustrates that non-congenetic combination takes some uncertainty and using different time interval counter and different setting can take uncertainty which is within the clock speed; In order to reduce the uncertainty of the equipment combination delay, the combination delay test need to be made under congenetic condition, If it can’t be made under congenetic condition, it need to change the time interval counter’s gate-closing and gate-opening signal, and average the two results as the equipment combination time delay.
