Abstract
One fourth of patients referred to a dedicated wrist clinic do not present with a wrist or distal radio-ulnar joint problem. In these cases, the origin of the problem is outside the joint, and the cause of pain can be neurological, vascular, tendinous or muscular. In this chapter, the role of ECU tendinitis and instability, FCU tendinitis, ulnar nerve compression, TOS and hypothenar hand syndrome will be discussed.
