Ausgehend von den Ergebnissen der Studie werden im Folgenden Handlungsempfehlungen für die unternehmerische Praxis zum Investitionsgütereinkauf, zur Erfolgs- und Savings-Messung im Einkauf sowie zur Savings-Messung beim Investitionsgütereinkauf vorgestellt.
