Zusammenfassung

Eine AD(H)S kann sowohl auf die Körperkontaktstörung selbst als auch auf den Therapieverlauf Einfluss nehmen. Es gibt einige Hinweise darauf, dass für die Entstehung einer Körperkontaktstörung im Einzelfall Veränderungen im Dopamin- und möglicherweise auch im Oxytocinstoffwechsel der AD(H)S mitverantwortlich sind. Die Voraussetzung und die Notwendigkeit einer gesonderten Behandlung der beiden Störungsbilder werden dargelegt.
