Zusammenfassung

Die Fertigungssteuerung (FS) bildet zusammen mit der Fertigungsplanung (FP) ein Teilgebiet der Produktionsplanung (PL), deren Aufgabenbereich sich vom Entwurf eines Produktes bis hin zu seiner Fertigstellung erstreckt. Die PL läßt sich in einen strategischen (langfristig) und einen dispositiven (mittel- und kurzfristig) Teil zerlegen, wie in Abbildung 3.-1. dargestellt.
