Abstract
The French Ministry of Environment is responsible for the management of the early warning , systems for floods in France. Météo-France is in charge of the general weather prediction, and more specifically the observations and prediction of precipitation. This situation implies increasing connections between the two organisations, and this paper describes and presents the most advanced real time application.
