Zusammenfassung

Sowohl Weichteil- als auch Knochentumoren kommen rund um das Schultergelenk recht häufig vor. Der proximale Humerus ist nach dem distalen Femur und der proximalen Tibia gar die dritthäufigste Lokalisation für Knochentumoren. Auch Weichteiltumoren sind in dieser Körperregion recht häufig, allerdings fehlen hier zuverlässige statistische Angaben.
