Prophylaxemaßnahmen bei rezidivierenden Harnwegsinfektionen

Zusammenfassung

Bei häufiger als 3mal pro Jahr, d. h. rezidivierend, auftretenden Harnwegsinfektionen (rHWI) (10–29% aller HWI-Patienten mit Zystitis und/oder Pyelonephritis), bei denen keine ursächlich anders zu therapierende Ursache vorliegt, sollte eine Rezidivprophylaxe in Erwägung gezogen werden.
