Zusammenfassung

Die interstitielle Laserkoagulation (ILK) ist ein minimal invasives Verfahren zur Behandlung der Obstruktion bei benigner Prostatahyperplasie (BPH) mit dem Vorteil, die Mukosa der prostatischen Harnröhre intakt zu belassen. Der Wirkungsvergleich unterschiedlicher Wellenlängen unter reproduzierbaren Bedingungen weist keine signifikanten Unterschiede der induzierten Nekrosedurchmesser für die Wellenlängen λ=805±25nm, λ = 940±25nm und λ = 1064nm auf.
