Zusammenfassung

Der Service in industriellen Anlagen wird in den meisten Fällen mit anwendungsspezifischen Hard- und Softwarekomponenten realisiert. Die Software beruht auf proprüetären Protokollen und grafischen Oberflächen, die einer großen Vielfalt unterliegen. Die Internet-Technologie bietet eine neue und erfolgversprechende Chance, einfach bedienbare und auf Standardsoftware aufsetzende Servicekonzepte zu realisieren, die für die Insustriemikrocomputerwelt nutzbar sind, aber auch auf SPS und andere Automatisierungssysteme übertragen werden können.
