Zusammenfassung
Laborchemische Daten nach Ēthrane-Anaesthesien wurden einer statistischen Prüfung unterzogen. Bei annähernd 2 000 Patienten wurden präoperativ, 24 Std nach Narkose und 72 Std nach Narkose SGOT, SGPT, LDH, alkalische Phosphatase, Kreatinin und Harnstoff-Stickstoff im Serum geprüft. Die zum Teil signifikanten Veränderungen dieser Parameter gingen nicht über die Normgrenzen hinaus. In dieser Studie traten Nebenwirkungen wie Shivering, Nausea, Erbrechen, Muskelzuckungen und Krämpfe sehr selten auf.
Summary
Results of chemical tests after Ēthrane anesthesia were subjected to statistical evaluation. SGOT, SGPT, LDH, alkaline phosphatase, creatinine and urea nitrogen in the serum were investigated in about 2 000 patients before operation, and 24 and 72 hours after anesthesia. Where significant changes occurred in these parameters, they did not exceed normal limits. In this study, such side-effects as shivering, nausea, vomiting, muscular twitching and convulsions were very rarely reported.
