Zusammenfassung
Der letzte Teil dieses Buches ist dem Studium zweier Probleme gewidmet. Welche Fragen über Sprachen und Sprachfamilien können mechanisch gelöst werden? Sind manche Fragen wesentlich schwieriger zu lösen als andere? Das vorliegende Kapitel beschäftigt sich mit dem ersten Problem. Wir fassen zuerst einige Ergebnisse über die Existenz von Algo rithmen zusammen, die wir bereits in früheren Kapiteln erhalten haben, und weisen einige einfache Ergebnisse über Unlösbarkeit nach. Dann wird ein anspruchvolleres Hilfsmittel, die Unlösbarkeit des Postschen Korrespondenzproblems, eingeführt, und daran anschließend erhält man eine Fülle von Unlösbarkeitsergebnissen. Schließlich richten wir unsere Aufmerksamkeit auf kontextfreie Sprachen und weisen ein wichtiges Lösbarkeitsegebnis nach.
