Im Bürobereich ist ein noch hohes Rationalisierungspotential festzustellen; dabei können der Komplexität der Aufgaben sowie den Informationsverarbeitungsaspekten lediglich arbeitsplatzorientierte integrierte Bürosysteme gerecht werden und Vorteile für die jeweilige Organisation und Mitarbeiter bringen. Es werden Voraussetzungen und Anforderungen solcher Systeme diskutiert. Das Konzept der „bereichsinternen Informationsverarbeitung“, orientiert an Aufgabenkomplexen, die verbundmäßig zusammengeführt werden können, erhöht die Flexibilität und Transparenz der Unternehmung.

Abstract

There is a large potential for rationalization within the administrative units; looking at office automation from the aspect of information processing and the complexity of tasks jobrelated integrated workstations are the answer. Advantages and requirements of such systems are discussed. The concept of “unit-orientated information processing” is introduced that will strengthen the flexibility of the organization and improve the clarity of tasks within.
