Zusammenfassung

Nuklearmedizinische Verfahren, insbesondere die Lymphozsintigraphie und die Phleboszintigra-phie, sind bei Extremitätenödemen indiziert. Sie benötigen subtile Techniken und sorgfältige Interpretation, vermitteln aber in vielen Fällen ausreichende Informationen. Die Detailerkennbarkeit der Szintigraphie ist den röntgenologischen Methoden wie Angiographie, Phlebographie und Lympho-graphie unterlegen, doch sind funktionelle Auskünfte nur mit der Szintigraphie zu erlangen. Beim sekundären Lymphödem kommt die Lymphoszintigraphie als erste diagnostische Maßnahme in Betracht; die Lymphographie ist fast immer zu entbehren und kommt nur dann in Frage, wenn operative Konsequenzen in Aussicht genommen sind. Die Phleboszintigraphie ist durchaus in der Lage, venöse Obstruktionen und Kollateralkreisläufe nachzuweisen; die röntgenologische Phlebographie ist vorwiegend bei venösen Zirkulationsstörungen des Unterschenkels indiziert.

In lymphedema of the extremities diagnostic procedures with radionuclides are indicated, especially lymphoscintigraphy and phleboscintigraphy. Requesting subtle techniques and thoroughful interpretation in many cases sufficient information will be obtained. The recognizability of details is inferior to radiological methods as for e.g. angiography, phlebography and lymphography but functional parameters can only be obtained by scintigraphic measures. Lymphoscintigraphy is in secondary lymphedema the first diagnostic method, lymphography can be omitted in most cases and is only used, if operative consequences are expected. Phleboscintigraphy is entirely capable of proving venous obstructions and collaterals. In venous circulatory impairments of the lower leg the radiological phlebography is predominant.
