Abstract
We describe an ultrafast fluorescence lifetime imaging system that can image lifetime differences < l0ps. Preliminary results concerning autofluorescence lifetime images of whole and composite tissue samples are presented. Using structured illumination light, we have also demonstrated optically sectioned fluorescence lifetime imaging.
