Zusammenfassung
Üblicherweise wird die SACT mittels programmierter atrialer Einzelstimulation (SACT-E) bestimmt. Kürzlich schlug NARULA vor, die SACT mittels kontinuierlicher Vorhofstimulation knapp oberhalb der spontanen Periodendauer (PD) zu ermitteln (SACT-K). Hierzu wird der rechte Vorhof während 9 Zyklen stimuliert. Aus der Pause nach Beendigung der Stimulation wird die SACT-K durch Abzug der spontanen Periodendauer berechnet.
