Zusammenfassung
Zur Therapie der Gallenwegstenose bei chronischer Pankreatitis hat sich die biliodigestive Anastomose allein oder im Rahmen einer Whipple-Operation bewährt. In neuerer Zeit ist die duodenumerhaltende Pankreaskopfresektion zur Behandlung der chronischen Kopfpankreatitis propagiert worden [1, 2]. Anhand unseres Krankengutes sollte der Frage nachgegangen werden, ob die Dekompression des Ductus choledochus bei der duodenumerhaltenden Kopfresektion die Cholostase dauerhaft beherrschen kann.
