Zusammenfassung

Die 1954 erstmalig beschriebene perkutane Nephropyelostomie [1, 2] hat sich in den letzten Jahren im Zuge der Entwicklung immer weiter verbesserter Sonographiegeräte als Alternative zur operativen Nephrostomie zunehmend etabliert [3–8].
