Zusammenfassung

Die diagnostische Abklärung eines Patienten mit Dyspepsie verfolgt zwei Ziele:

  1. 1.

    Organische Krankheiten, deren Therapie die Prognose verbessert, müssen so frühzeitig wie möglich erkannt werden (12).

  2. 2.

    Zur Behandlung des Patienten mit funktioneller Dyspepsie sollte eine rationale Grundlage entwickelt werden (3).
