Zusammenfassung
Auffällige mimische Bewegungen sind ein charakteristisches Merkmal schizophrener Erkrankungen, was klinisch zur Diagnostik und zur Beurteilung des Verlaufs bzw. des Therapieerfolges in der täglichen Praxis berücksichtigt wird. So kann bei Studien zur Wirksamkeitsprüfung von Psychopharmaka versucht werden, den klinischen Eindruck des Psychiaters mit Hilfe von Fremdbeurteilungsskalen zu objektivieren. Wahrscheinlich liegt es besonders an der mangelnden Objektivität und Rehabilität der Erhebungsmethoden, daß bis heute nur sehr wenige Beiträge zur Quantifizierung schizophrener Mimik veröffentlicht wurden, zumal im Zeit-, d.h. Therapieverlauf.
