Zusammenfassung
Wir konnten kürzlich zeigen, daß CGRP und spinale Afferenzen teilweise die postoperative Hemmung der Magenmotilität vermitteln [1]. Die Dauer des postoperativen Ileus wird jedoch überwiegend durch die postoperative Atonie des Dickdarmes bestimmt [2]. Ziel unserer Studie war es, den Einfluß von CGRP und spinalen Afferenzen auf den postoperativen Dickdarmileus zu untersuchen.
