Zusammenfassung
Morbus Bowen und Plattenepithelkarzinom der Nagelregion sind häufiger als allgemein angenommen, können aber mit sehr unterschiedlichem klinischem Aspekt auftreten. Die histologisch kontrollierte Totalexzision dieser unter der Bezeichnung epidermoides Karzinom zusammengefaßten malignen Nageltumoren ist ausreichend, da die Metastasierungstendenz äußerst gering ist.
