Abstract

Fifteen minutes after the intravenous injection of PGF2α (tritiated at C-17,18) in mice, an autoradiograph of sagittal sections showed that most of the radioactivity was concentrated in the liver, kidneys and subcutaneous connective tissue (Fig. 1). No significant amounts could be demonstrated in the heart, brain, adipose tissue or endocrine glands (Gréen, Hansson and Samuelsson, 1967).
