The Role of Complement in Experimental Disease Models

  • Chapter
Complement

Abstract

The role of complement has been assessed in several experimental immunologic diseases. The diseases to be reviewed herein include glumerulonephritis, the Arthus vasculitis, immunologic synovitis, the arteritis of immune complex disease, and experimental myasthenia gravis.
