Zusammenfassung

Beim stumpfen Bauchtrauma mit relevanter intraabdominaler Blutung ist die Prognose um so günstiger, je frühzeitiger die Indikation zur Laparotomie gestellt wird. Die klinischen und laborchemischen Untersuchungen sind in der Notfalldiagnostik innerer Organverletzungen nach stumpfem Bauchtrauma wenig verläßlich [14]. Für die rasche Beurteilung mit gezielter Festlegung der Indikationsprioritäten zur operativen Versorgung des Mehrfachverletzten oder des schweren Schȧdel Hirn-Verletzten sind sie unzureichend.
