Abstract

Far-infrared as well as microwave cyclotron and impurity resonance are described for materials as semi-insulating GaAs, GaInAs bulk- and hetero junctions, and the II–VI semiconductor ZnSe which have recently attracted much attention. By means of the experiments, various new features are clarified under thermal equilibrium and nonequilibrium conditions.
