Zusammenfassung

Im Innern des Brustkorbes kommen mannigfache Zystenbildungen vor, die sich im Röntgenbild meist als scharf begrenzte rundliche oder ovale Schatten bemerkbar machen. Im Vordergrund stehen die Lungenzysten. Scheinbar intrapulmonal gelegene zystische Gebilde können aber auch vom Mediastinum ausgehen; die Unterscheidung ohne autoptische Kontrolle kann sehr schwierig sein. Wir halten es deshalb für richtig, daß die mediastinalen Zysten auch besprochen werden.
