Zusammenfassung
Als Folgezustand von Armplexuslähmungen im Kindesalter kennen wir die nicht seltene Supinationskontraktur des Vorderarmes. Sie ist meistens durch ein Geburtstrauma mit nachfolgender inkompletter, gemischter Klumpkescher und Erbscher Lähmung verursacht. Besonders wenn die Lähmung hauptsächlich den unteren Armplexus betroffen hat, überwiegt die supinierende Wirkung des Biceps und des M. supinator über die Pronatoren, die oft vollständig ausgefallen sind.
