Zusammenfassung

Zunächst zur Definition: Bis heute ist ein Wachstumszentrum in der menschlichen Nase nicht nachgewiesen. Wohl gibt es an vielen Stellen der Nase histologisch nachweisbares Wachstum, so daß man besser von Wachstumszonen (englisch: „growth site“) spricht.
